"Unfortunately I’m updating my review due to constant rate hikes. Seems like it’s happening every six months Update: I called to cancel my insurance on July 8th. Brendan the representative only cancelled one of my vehicles and proceeded to charge me again the following month. When I called in to get an explanation, I was threatened that my policy wouldn’t get cancelled if I didn’t verify my email? Horrible customer service! Now they refuse to return my calls. Shame on this branch."

"This State Farm agent is definitely a GOOD NEIGHBOR. Wendi and her office are THE REAL DEAL. Nobody wants to file INSURANCE CLAIMS and deal with all that hassle. In fact it had been 22 years since WE needed her HELP. Wendi and her staff, Brendan, were instrumental in making this whole CLAIMS PROCESS more seamless. Hope you all NEVER GET INTO AN ACCIDENT or NEED TO FILE A CLAIM, but if you do WENDI VALLES is extremely well informed on all WA INSURANCE LAWS and POLICIES. We highly recommend Wendi at State Farm. We have several USA military family that appreciate her ALL AMERICAN professionalism and ethical business practices. Just some helpful info since there's so much to do after CAR ACCIDENTS. 1. It was confusing that State Farm Customer Service offered a 30 day rental up to $50 a day at Enterprise after the time of the accident. 2. We ended up only getting the rental for 16 days and it got cut off due to the fact that VEHICLE was a total loss. Once you have a TOTAL LOSS State Farm cuts off your RENTAL. We saved State Farm almost $750 on this part of the transactions. 3. First Actual Cash Value (ACV) was way too low and the 2nd offer YOU have to FIGHT FOR was still TOO LOW but that's handled by the ADJUSTERS not Wendi. We dealt with Scott King and William Everson because State Farm uses a TEAM approach to CLAIMS. Adjusters have WAY TOO MANY CLAIMS and are under a great deal of pressure so their job isn't easy. 4. WARNING for WA Vehicle Owners. When an INSURANCE COMPANY says your vehicle is a TOTAL LOSS they want to immediately get your VEHICLE away from TOW YARD to one of their FREE STORAGE auction partner parking lots like COPART. 5. If you don't move your VEHICLE because the PROCESS isn't real clear and you still have CAR SEATS and other personal items in your car, STATE FARM will come after you for STORAGE FEES."

State Farm offers something I could not find at Amica or others: a Personal Item insurance (claims don't create a black mark in your home insurance!!) with low deductible. AND Wendi and her staff always come volunteer at our Echo Lake Park work parties and are just wonderful people. Thanks Wendi!"

"I got to know Wendi when she was working in someone else's office. I don't think I ever met the other person but Wendi was there handling everything and doing a great job at it. I was disappointed when I heard she had left that office but not at all surprised when I found out she had opened her own office! When the other office closed (retirement?) my account was switched to some other agent I knew nothing about so I put in an agent change request to be switched to Wendi's agency. Insurance is expensive with any company but it's great having an agent who is available, responds, and gives suggestions. Most recently Wendi helped us through an issue where SF said we needed to replace our only 12 year old roof or lose our homeowners coverage. With the help of Wendi and our original roofer ( thanks Addicott Roofing!) we have been able to retain our insurance without having to replace the roof. Thank you!"
